All Numotion employees attend the NLC virtually in the vFairs platform.

No, the vFairs platform is an online platform and does not require any software install or download to participate. You will just need access to internet.

Although you can log into the NLC from just about any device, a laptop or desktop computer is highly recommended for the best experience. Be sure you use a device with speakers.

No, you cannot invite others to attend. The 2024 NLC is only for Numotion employees. (All Numotion employees are re pre-registered.)

In an effort to eliminate the need to multi-task during the NLC, without disrupting our ability to serve customers, the general sessions and Topical Breakouts will be split into A, B, C groups (similar to Mid-Year NLC). YOU DO NOT NEED to register for a specific group, but will need to speak with your manager to determine the best group to attend each day. All attendees have access to ALL GROUPS AND SESSIONS in vFairs - YOU DO NOT NEED TO ASK THE NLC TEAM TO SWITCH YOUR GROUP.

All General Sessions, Topical Breakouts, Award Celebrations and Wednesday Welcome/FUNraiser event can be accessed through the “General Sessions, Breakouts & Events” room.

Yes, all Numotion employees must attend the General Sessions both days – there will be different content each day. Any sessions that are scheduled outside of your normal business hours are optional to attend.

The Friday Topical Breakout Sessions are meant to allow any employee access to and an opportunity to join any breakout session available. Take the opportunity to learn about other parts of the business your colleagues work in…including any CEU/CEC clinical education sessions presented by our Platinum exhibitors.
Speak with your manager about which A, B, or C group to attend and then you can choose to attend any of specific breakout sessions that you are interested in within the 2-hour timeframe of that Group. There are 27 sessions to choose from. Most sessions are 30 min. but there are several 60 min. sessions to choose from.
All Topical Sessions will have live chat for participation during the NLC, but recording will be avialiable for later viewing.

All Numotion attendees are encouraged to attend the EXPO and engage with exhibitors and our internal teams with booths. The commercial team (ATPs, RTS, Seating Techs, SAMs, MSAM) must attend the EXPO when they are not in a scheduled session. Take advantage of this opportunity to connect with top suppliers and organizations in one place!

Exhibitor booths will be staffed with teams ready to chat on both days of the NLC. Click on the green “Chat Now” button in each booth to connect via chat, text, phone or video. Yes, locations will remain open to serve our customers.

Through the Networking Lounge! From there you can join Social Hangout rooms, the NLC page on Workplace and the Social Wall. On the Social Wall you will be able to share status updates and photos and communicate with fellow attendees. Also, the Leaderboard and Scavenger allow you to compete with your colleagues - and win some great prizes! Click on the Gamification in the top navigation bar to learn more.
